These units are well done! Cement floors and tight secure enclosure! I misplaced the code today(Sun) to get into my unit so I called them not expecting them to be open but there they were. So helpful when I thought my plans were ended because of a code. They took my info and within a few minutes I had my code and was able to unload my truck. Thank you for great customer service-well done!

The price on the website is very confusing should be per month, its also deceiving because of the hidden costs, I will give it 2 stars. I have contacted the office in Camrose a couple times for clarification and Shannon has always been very helpful and tries to explain things where it "kinda" makes sense. I haven't spoken to Aislinn directly but I appreciated her opinion today as her and Shannon discussed the best way for me to transfer to a bigger unit. I give the ladies 5 stars. The premises are very clean and accessible and secure. I will give it 5 stars.
