These units are well done! Cement floors and tight secure enclosure! I misplaced the code today(Sun) to get into my unit so I called them not expecting them to be open but there they were. So helpful when I thought my plans were ended because of a code. They took my info and within a few minutes I had my code and was able to unload my truck. Thank you for great customer service-well done!

The price on the website is very confusing should be per month, its also deceiving because of the hidden costs, I will give it 2 stars. I have contacted the office in Camrose a couple times for clarification and Shannon has always been very helpful and tries to explain things where it "kinda" makes sense. I haven't spoken to Aislinn directly but I appreciated her opinion today as her and Shannon discussed the best way for me to transfer to a bigger unit. I give the ladies 5 stars. The premises are very clean and accessible and secure. I will give it 5 stars.

The gratitude I have here is for the staff. They since day one have had the most respect for my situation, whether it was going from large unit to small or small back to large they have been effortlessly beside me and making sure I receive the most fair prices during my transitions, they have noticed the care I have for my family and have been absolutely incredible to-work with, no billing surprises as emails are sent in great time for correspondence 100 percent Recommend !!!
p.s the security is also top notch a bonus to having storage with Mini Mall Storage.
